The HealthCoach Prevention Program focuses on simple, easy to prepare, low-cost foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

The Transition

In most cases, 90 days is all it will take to go through what HealthCoach calls “The Transition”.

HealthCoach begins the onboarding process with a risk assessment for pre-diabetes.

HealthCoach App

HealthCoach uses a simple cloud-based HIPAA compliant App that connects the patient’s/client’s biometric data (upon consent) to their physician and health coach.

“HIPAA is the acronym for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act that was passed by Congress in 1996. HIPAA provides mandated industry-wide standards for health care information on electronic billing and other processes; and requires the protection and confidential handling of protected health information.”

HealthCoach makes it easy for the patient/client to achieve their health and wellness goals. HealthCoach consolidates health data from smartphones, Fitbit, Apple Health, Garmin, Google Fit, and other third-party Apps so that the physician, patient/client, corporate consumer and health coach can view progress in one convenient place. This also allows for health improvement outcomes to be measured and quantified.

HealthCoach makes it extremely easy and simple for the patient/client to communicate with their health coach on a daily basis. The patient/client uses their smartphone to send and receive secure messages and questions from their health coach 24/7.

HealthCoach encourages questions about meals, products, exercise, and current medical research. HealthCoach sends inspiring messages, health education content daily while monitoring the patient/client steps, weight/BMI, blood pressure, sleep and optional continuous blood sugar monitoring.

Telehealth is one of the fastest growing segments of the healthcare industry– the American Medical Association reports that 70 percent of all healthcare visits could have been done virtually. More and more health providers are offering Telehealth options.

Diabetes Risk Reduction

Outcomes of a Digital Health Program With Human Coaching for Diabetes Risk Reduction in a Medicare Population

The results from this study are added evidence that chronic disease risk reduction is achievable through a variety of modalities, including digital-based programs with human coaching.

With the added advantage of accessibility and scalability, digital programs with human coaching should be an important part of the comprehensive health improvement solution for chronic disease risk reduction for older adults.

“I have spoken to several business executives who have worked with [Gerald] and they were surprised how easily they each shed tens of pounds quickly by simply changing the kinds of foods they ate without obsessing over and counting calories. Although, these people were living high-stress and fast lifestyles, they were able to achieve the results they were looking for.”

The Coevolution of Man & Food

The age of the Earth is about 4.5 billion years; the earliest evidence of life on Earth dates to around 3.5 billion years ago, the Eoarchean era.

Violent collisions with comets and asteroids brought the fluid of life – water – and the clouds and oceans began to take shape. It wasn’t until a billion years later that the first life was brought forth, filling the atmosphere with oxygen.

A set of filament-like fossils from Australia, reported in the journal Astrobiology in 2013, may be the remains of a microbial mat that might have been extracting energy from sunlight some 3.5 billion years ago.

Researchers found that land plants had evolved on Earth by about 700 million years ago and land fungi by about 1,300 million years ago — much earlier than previous estimates of around 480 million years ago, which were based on the earliest fossils of those organisms.

Earth’s first animal was the ocean-drifting comb jelly, the comb jelly evolved its complexity independent of other animals after branching off to forge its own path.

The oldest hominins currently known are Sahelanthropus tchadensis from Chad and Orrorin tugenensis from Kenya. This is known from a largely complete skull and some other fragmentary remains which measured brain size too about 360cc, about the range seen in chimpanzees, and the skull has a massive brow ridge.

Anatomically modern genomic humans are about 400,000 years old; we all have the same genes; all modern humans have the same set of genes – about 20,000 in all. The differences between people come from slight variations in these genes.

HealthCoach Prevention Program (HCPP)

The HealthCoach Prevention Program protocols harken back to a more primitive preagriculture diet, physical activity and slow wave biphasic regular sleep plan. One that coincides with our nutritional, physical activity and sleep evolution as a species. The HealthCoach protocols take into consideration that for hundreds of thousands of years our species was constantly moving in search for food and safety – this level of physical activity allowed early humans to stay physically strong and have regular slow wave biphasic sustained sleep and thrive in their environment

In the early days, Homo sapiens were strictly hunters, gatherers and foragers. They were constantly searching the bushes for the ripest berries.

First Day

First Days

During your first few days, you may feel some discomfort as you begin to detox from years of consuming processed chemicals, excess animal protein, grains, dairy, refined sugars, and other foods from the Western American diet.

The good news is that in a very short period of time you are going to start to feel better as you complete the detoxification process. Your energy levels will start to increase exponentially, your gut microbiome will become healthier, food will begin to taste better, your mind will also become clearer and you will begin to sleep better.
